For some reason I took a week off. No idea why - it just happened. Anyhow.
I'm doing something different so that I can eventually add more 10:1's. Still running the same amount now - just breaking it up differently. The plan is:
wk 1 - 5:1 x 4
wk 2 - 6:1 x 4
wk 3 - 7:1 x 4
wk 4 - 8:1 x4
wk 5 - 9:1 x 4
wk 6 - 10:1 x4

Felt - draggy - you can tell I really haven't done anything for a week. Totally slogged through it. Was also starving even tho I ate well yesterday.
