Brrrrr cold!

Today's temperature is a frosty -28 C (-18.4 F) with windchill of -39 C (-38.2 F). It is cold out there.

I didn't run this morning because I didn't get up in time. I didn't sleep well.

However after I came home from my movie (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) I did go on the treadmill. I hadn't eaten all day (bad move) and I just had soup the night before so I wasn't sure how this run would be. I did have something to eat before I ran but you know how that goes.

Distance - 1.40 K (.87 miles) - meh better than nothing
Ran 3 sets of 3 and 1 minute walking - meh better than nothing.
Felt ok - not great due to being SO hungry.
Watched Alias S2 Ep 3. (Or part of it actually)

Now I'm going to have spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread. Hopefully I'll have a better run tomorrow. LOL
