My last set of 10's! I guess I'm officially done the Learn to Run ;) Well not totally because my last two runs didn't consist of the full set of 2 x 10 minutes. But pretty close. I didn't get any other runs in last week because I felt crappy the entire week.

Ha! You are so a hardcore runner. ;) No it's the kind of feeling crappy that happens once a month and it's bad. I don't even bother anymore and just wallow in the crappyness.
