and it was BRUTAL. The kind of run where at 2 minutes in you are asking yourself can I walk yet? My legs were like lead. But I did it. I did have to sneak a couple extra walk breaks in tho. Oh well.

2 sets of 8 minutes with 1 minute walking, followed by 2 minutes running. 5 minute warm up and cool down. We won't talk about the extra walk breaks.
It was brutal. Hardest run yet. My legs were like lead. No energy.
Watched Alias S2.
Onto the 10 minute set!
