3.03 K (1.88 miles) (woo hoo I hit 3 K!!! - I ran at a pace much faster than I normally have been doing)
5 minute warm up; 5:1 x 4; 5 minute cool down
Watched Alias S3
Felt great. Ran much faster than normal for most of it.
