Today I hit the 8 minute mark! Woo hoo! My plan of getting up before work is still not working well (ie at all) and I've been dealing with some nasty headaches. However I still want to try it. At some point.

Felt ok actually. Considering I didn't eat so well yesterday and I haven't ran all week.
Watched Alias S2 (not sure what I'm going to do when I'm done this season!)

Wooo!! 6am is about my limit, I don't think I could get up earlier than that.
I'll have to get up earlier than that if I want to run before going to work. But I've done it before (gotten up early I mean).
