Treadmill

3 sets of 5 minutes running plus 1 minute walking; followed by 2 minutes running plus 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down
Felt pretty darn good. I slept through the night for once and the 5 minutes didn't feel too hard at all.
Watched Alias S2 (yes still)
I decided to take a rest day yesterday.

YaY five minutes! :D Now how is this going to fit in with working? Are you going to run in the mornings?
Good question. My plan is to run in the morning because I never do it at night. It just doesn't happen. I'm a little worried about the timing in the morning because it seems to take me forever to get rolling (and wake up) but maybe I'll get used to it. However I am going to cut myself a bit of slack for the first few days until I get into a routine. :)
